• Disclaimer of liability When using our site John Soto Music Store owner will not be responsible for in the event of any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by the customer. We advise the customer on products, and it is the customer responsibility to try and decided if product is the right fit for the customer's needs.

• Intellectual Property/Trademarks –All you see in our web store pictures, descriptions, videos, brands or trademarks. Nothing contained within the website should be considered as granting any license or the right to use any trademark without the prior written consent of the owner of the site.

• Payment Terms John Soto music is not required to provide any goods until payment has been received or cleared by our bank. We reserve the right to cancel the order entirely if the amount does not clear.

• Data Protection: Your information is protected and handles by a few authorized personnel in our company. We do not share or sell your information.

• Delivery Terms: In stock, products will be ship the same day if an order is placed by 2 pm. EST. Most of the time shipping is free, in a few cases where items are more than 70 lbs customer will pay for shipping. We ship UPS ground, to all the United States of America. We thrive to ship products on time. Once the product leaves our facilities, we don’t have control over how fast or slow the product will arrive. A product could be delay bay many reasons, weather, accidents, in these cases the quality of delivery cannot be guaranteed.

• Product Information & Warranties: The manufacturer provides a warranty for the products we sell. John Soto Music does not extend the warranty of any product sold in our store. If warranty work is needed, the customer needs to call the manufacturer. We will be glad to provide a sales receipt in case the customer needs one.

• Right to cancel – Customer has the right to cancel the order when products have not shipped. If the product has already sent, the customer can return the product. (please see our return policy) Product must be must remain unused and returned in its original packaging.

• External Links: once the customer clicks on an external link we are not responsible for any actions that the customer perform.
